Games Global Trainee Programme: A Platform for Success
2024-01-10
Driving the future of iGaming
As part of our commitment to driving the future of iGaming, last year we launched our Games Global Trainee Programme, a 12-month scheme tailored to those eager to begin their careers in the commercial sector of our industry.
Designed to provide a platform on which to kick-start professional journeys, the programme equips trainees with crucial skills and invaluable hands-on experience in an energetic and vibrant work setting.
We were fortunate enough to find amazing candidates to join our first cohort as Trainee Partnership Managers and Trainee Business Development Managers. They have since become an integral part of our global tribe, bringing energy and unique perspectives to their teams, and thriving within their respective areas.
Here, we meet our first three talented recruits and find out how the programme is going so far…
Matteo Giromini, Trainee Partnership Manager (Gibraltar)
Why did you apply?
I wanted to get out of my comfort zone, try a new experience and challenge myself in a completely different industry.
